5) Quite area, good room to relax -
The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

This hotel is in excellent location, near Taksim Square. It is very well connected with other parts of the city. The staff is very friendly and they speak English well. Rooms are cleaned once in two days. Rooms have air conditioning (which will not be charged extra), TV, new bathroom. -

Konak is within a short walk of the Istanbul Congress Centre as well as the subway, tram and Taksim Square. The staff were really helpful and there was usually someone around speaking English. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant. Very nice bathrooms.

This is the friendliest hotel I ever stayed and its not surprise that guests return year after year. holidayed here for 5 days 29 April-3 May 2013 with my wife and 7 years son,and I can honestly say it is one best places I have ever stayed. Room were nice, not that big but cozy. Good wifi in room ( we even saw movies on-line)

helpful and speaking english very well (as it's rare in turkey:D)..

The receptionists were exceptionally excellent in providing extra information for a new guest like me who did not have much knowledge about Istanbul -
it was nice and bubbling for someone like me who loves city life.
