  The hotel staff are very friendly, cheerful, accomodating and helpfull. The hotel atmosphere is cosy and homely. Breakfast is wonderful and the room very clean and cosy. The room has coffee/tea facility but they provide hot water in a flask. Having a small child, I need an electric kettle to make milk at night. My only regret is that was not able to say goodbye an - If you look for a perfectly located hotel with local flair, you will love Djem. We booked a de Luxe room (located on the second floor in the building facing the mosque). Here, the view is magnificent. The owner runs a shop in the nearby art bazaar and all over the hotel and the room you will find beautiful examples of traditional and contemporary Kelim art. Personnel is great and speaks good to excellent English. Of course you hear the Muezzin at night, but that just adds to the oriental charms

  First when we read these comments we were little afraid how this hotel would be. When we arrived to hotel the girl who gave us keys were little late so we had to wait her for a while since there was no direct reception. Neighbourhood was really peaceful and safe, we didnt feel ourselves threatned at any point of our vacation. Doors had unbelievable safe locks sinc - This is my 2nd stay at the apartment and 10 out of 10 highly recommended.The apartment is in the city center which made it convenient to move around.The staff were extremely responsible ,polite,warm and friendly.The most important thing is that cleaning for me I can say that the lady who cleans the apartment was doing her best.Public transports on your door step.Reasonably price .

  I want to express my deep respect to this hotel. I stayed in this hotel several times in past and stayed there 2 days ago. It's amazing hotel with professional and High "A" - Class service team.   Apart from navigating through narrow uneven streets of Sultanahmet you can't ask anything more than what this hotel can offer. The reception desk was super helpful and informative. The room was very clean, decent sized considering it's in old city with spacious toilet/shower. We liked everything there: the friendly and very helpful staff; exquisite design of the hotel and our room in particular (wooden floors, comfortable and stylish furniture, spacious, cosy and clean room and bathroom); great location on a quiet street and at the same time in the vicinity of the main attractions and the sea;
