I likes the clean bathrooms and toilets, sheets and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. Especially Memet, Nayeeb and all the other reception and even security people who were always smily and friendly.

euro for four nights. When we got to the hotel, a sign said our room

The room we stayed in is loung and extermely beautiful, view on Bosphurus, all windows.

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .

The People, who works there, are very friendly and the Rooms were clean. We had two bedrooms, Klimaautomatik, Kitchen and more. Taxis were in Front of the Residence. Excellent hotel, comfortable and well equiped roomes (even though a bit small), good pool & spa area. Very service oriented staff. Fantastic view from the bar on 19th floor. We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. When one evening an employee gave us some bad taxi recommendation based on which our trip was way longer than necessary, they did everything the next day to make up for it and even provided us transp
