Chambres et sdb, parties communes, restaurant confortables et décorés enstyle classique assez chaleureux en couleur mais un peu compassé (bar).Pdj ok . Peu de personnes parlent anglais - Exellent!! The staff is extraordinary , very warm and welcoming and very efficient the breakfast is very rich and the view from the room is wonderful. You are in an area where you can hop on a taxi or Dolmus( collective taxi)immediately , you are just 5 minutes away from the boats that take you to the other side of the Bosphorus. hotel was so easy since it is located approximately 5 minutes from

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good value of money because rooms are very luxury. Open buffet breakfast with very rich and local food selections. - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Everything was perfect. A truly five star hotel. Everyhing was bran new. We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets. Tea and coffee facilities in the room is nice especially for business travellers. -

Excellent hotel, comfortable and well equiped roomes (even though a bit small), good pool & spa area. Very service oriented staff. Fantastic view from the bar on 19th floor. We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. When one evening an employee gave us some bad taxi recommendation based on which our trip was way longer than necessary, they did everything the next day to make up for it and even provided us transp
