The first night we passed at other hotel "Carlaton" because the staff of Zurich could't give us our booking room.
We stayed at a corner suite room. It was big and very beautiful.
Standard rooms its only a shower and too small.
Services at the hotel - everything was there: 2 restaurants, spa, pool, hamam, minibar. The breakfast was just delicious! Nicely decorated rooms with bath, not just shower. Staff was friendly.
Loud russian music/karaoke in ground floor restaurant. Smoking was allowed on the pool area.

A little noisy at night but if you shut your window tight no issue.
Small, but a nice and clean room. We enjoyed the wonderful and warm pool and the great view from the restaurant. Friendly staff. Just 10min from Grand Bazaar. A lot of restaurants in the area, we liked "Lavazza".
Wi-Fi disappeared sometimes, a minor problem, it was "OK", but could have been better. Breakfast was small and more Turkish than international, the breakfast was actually the only small disappointment.
The location and the room (corner suite) were quite good.

uncomfortable bed at all.. i cant sleep on this bed.. bad staff.. i told them i need taxi to airport. she told me by hand look its a taxi.. i goes with him from laleli to ataturk airport for 55 tl.. another taxi by 25 tl...
Rooms are quite comfortable, hotel is of a good location and has a beautiful teracce....must be nice in summer monts, in winter you at least have very nice view from breakfast room.
Be aware that for the room price you only get the access to the swimming pool. Sauna and hammam are for an extra lavish charge. They have nice jacuzzi on the roof terrace which they, sadly, do not warm (the water is in but of outside temperature....i dont want think of quality of this water if they keep it all year long). below-averange quality of breakfast (worths just for its room with view)
1-Automatic control of air condition was not work and staff did not pay any attention to our request for solving problem or changing the room.2- The room space was not suitable and big enough for double bed.
