  The hotel makes me feel like I am really in Thailand - beautiful silk everywhere and graceful Thai service. The pool is perfect for laps or lounging and the spa is excellent.   Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab!   We were in this hotel many many times. I even any more don't know, how many times we were there. Our last visit to this hotel took place in July, 2013. At first, we thought to change hotel to diversify our visit of Bangkok. But then decided that Chatrium for us like a home and decided to go again to Chatrium. And again we didn't regret. There it is always cozy, s - This resort has everything! The apartments are massive, modern, incredible. Pool is stunning, great gym, restaurant, pool bar, wellness spa, children's playground, all day room service... I thought I'd died and gone to heaven...! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Plus the convenience store (mini-mart) located on site was a blessing! Perfect for couples, families, health & wellness, business or leisure travellers.

  The pool and hotel were simple, clean and accessible. We didn't eat there since local food markets were within 5min. Bts Skytrain and pier were also within a 5 min walk. Awesome location if you want to go to Grand Palace, Wat Pho and KaoSan Rd. Sathorn pier is a 5 minute walk away, and much of the old city is best visited by the ferry. Shopping districts accessible from the BTS station, also a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

  Incidentally, the hotel was renovating their rooms and the room was not readied. The management responded well when I checked into my room and I noted that there was a smell coming from the refurbishment of their furniture. I was immediately apologized and was told they were in the last phase of their room renovation. Anyway, I got an upgrade. Going in and out was very convenient through a few minutes walk to the MRT station. There were plenty of local Resturants that we can eat all day long. The Lumpinee Park was very enjoyable for our morning exercise. Staff were also friendly and polite.

  beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.
