We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. The resort are accerate what you see in the wesite. Everythings in our rooms is perfect. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

Very friendly staff. Great views as the location is on a mountain top. Staff was amazingly friendly as it was a family run business. The complementary taxi service to and from Phuket centre makes life easier. The breakfast was made fresh. -

The room was clean and the room size was good with all necessary amenities and with a nice view from the balcony to the garden and the swimming pools. They have a swimming pool for small children which is perfect. Towels for the pool and beach are free. The kids club was very good for our one year old daughter. Breakfast is perfect from Thai to Eu

The staff were absolutely friendly and were willing to go the extra
mile! Smiley, honest, pleasant and totally committed to excellent
customer service! The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and with modern
furniture and equipment. Even after we checked out and went to the
beach the hotel let us take a shower afterwards and provided us with
clean towels. The hotel itself is a great architecture effort, it is a
few scattered buildings in a garden-like environment with a pool in

Super location on the sea and amazing pool.
Chalong bay is a nice and quiet place to stay, with not too many tourists, and close to the port with boats going to Phi phi Islands.
Hotel super clean, the front beach bungalows were amazing and cheap.
Staff friendly, and and english Guy working there is very helpful and advised us all the tricks and places to go un the area.
Rental bikes just besides, very handy

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beach towels provided and free WIFI. The breakfast buffet catered for all. Trainee receptionist Mai from Had Yai deserves special mention as was always at the desk and a pleasure to met and was very accommodating. - Abdolutey perfect from beginning to end 9 days of bliss. Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The gym is very well equipped. -
