For Phi Phi this is a nice place without spending $200 USD a night. Its a pretty view of Phi Phi Don and was kinda nice hiking out each evening and morning. Also they take you over after being greeted at the pier in a little boat which saves the wheelbarrow taxi (yes there are no cars or scooters.. Enjoy!) and return you to the pier free of charge. Overall its modern for Phi Phi and my gf and I really liked it. ***Not for anyone with kids or elderly/ disabled.

Was a good location to escape the noise from the party area. Yes the
bungalows are up some steep stairs which aren't a problem with
backpacks but could be tricky with suitcases. One of the staff took our
bags from the pier to the reception which was an unexpected luxury
(free!). Just speak to the man at the pier holding up the Uphill Cottage

I felt that Ms. Lee was very nice and helpful...not at all the irate person she has been portrayed to be. The guest house was clean and in a good location..not too far from the pier and mostly away from the loud bars. On Phi Phi, since you are not doing much in your room besides sleeping, what is there to complain about? -

Location couldnt be closer to the beach whoch was great but if your a light sleeper the musoc on the beach doesnt go off until 3am. The room was the cleanest on the island, all the budget (ish) options are pretty dirty otherwise. room was modern, clean and large. -

The location is perfect. Near by everything and best places(Phi Phi island is small) but also not noisy. You can go easily to everywhere but it is still quiet in this area.
The room was very good for me. It was clean, comfortable and I felt safe there. -

The owner is very friendly. When you arrive he tells you all you can do on the island and gives you info. Same at all the people woriking there. Very friendly.

The resort itself is very nice, the cottage / appartment is clean (they clean it every day if you request it), we chose the air conditioned one, which we fully reccoment, because of the tropical weather.
