Fantastic room, given a demo on how to use tv & air con. The decor envokes a tranquil oasis from the chaos of BKK. Staff helpful, friendly & bilingual. Property located in a quiet backstreet but a stone's throw from the river and 3 minutes walk to Tha Thien pier for the river taxis to Wat Arun & everywhere else. Market close by. 10 minutes walk gets you to the Royal Palace grounds.

from the moment i stepped my foot inside suneta hostel, it was an amazing experience, friendly staff, helpful as well, met alot of people during my 3 night stay, loved it! would totally go back over and over again, even if i'm traveling with friends, 2 min walk from kao san road, near to all the sightseeing areas (grand palace, and alot of temples), would recommend it to everyone (noone should miss that hostel)

I loved my stay at this hostel SO much! Annie is an absolute angel. She has helped me out so much with the rest of my trip in Thailand, she wrote down this entire travel plan so I wouldn't forget anything and she fixed my mistake of booking 3 beds for 1 night instead of 1 bed for 3 nights and helped me figure out a problem I had with my credit car

The building is just amazing - the superior double room we stayed in was the best we had during our whole holiday. From outside it looked like an antique wardrobe - amazing!

The staff was exremly helpful and friendly. Regarding some of the previous comments to this hotel: there are futon beds so this is what you can expect. The rooms are basic but very nice. The hotel lies more or less quiet and the temples, nightmarket and supermarket are close. Breakfast was also great!

Had a great time in this guesthouse, during my 4-days stay. It's located in a quiet area (pretty rare in Bangkok, I guess), just 10 minutes walk for the nearest BTS station (Surasak) and 15 minutes walk from the Central Pier (where you can take the boats to the main turistic zones).
