Great location with picturesque setting and nice chill out areas. Bed was soooo comfortable it was hard to leave. Amazing room with good air con, fridge, flat screen TV and plenty of space, even a small balcony overlooking the water. This has been our favourite place to stay so far in Thailand and would definitely go back. Highly recommended! -

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was immaculately clean with all
facilities provided. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was one of the best
buffet breakfasts that we have had in Thailand.
Extra beds and cots were provided.
Perfect set up for a family traveling with young children. We will visit again.....the perfect way to see Ayutthaya! -

I personally loved the staff. They were very friendly and very helpful.
Although I requested tea & Coffee Making facilities ( They were not
available ) however - they made up for it - I was delivered fresh coffee
( full pot and fresh milk ) at 7am ( first morning ) for 66 baht. The
second morning - the Riverside made the coffee complimentary.

Decent size room with comfortable bed.
Depend on which side of the room you get, one side is facing pool, bar and the river while the other side of building is facing main road and car park.
They have small pier at the back of the restaurant where you can get the boat cruise directly but I guess you can only do this if you book the cruise directly

Front desk staff were able to vindicate our impression that local tuk-tuk service was grossly overpriced and could offer reasonable alternatives, which was very helpful. Otherwise, sleeping and eating arrangements were adequate and there were good authentic restaurants within easy walking distance.

A boutique hotel with friendly staff and a great location overlooking the river. The rooms are well appointed, maintained and spotlessly cleaned; the bathroom was large and contemporary. WiFi connections were strong throughout. Breakfast was plentiful and a good standard. The hotel does not have a restaurant but they are happy to advise on external restaurants and facilitate cost effective transport.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

My little daughter and I stayed in a aircon bungalow with a nice private terrace, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. It's a very cozy place to stay. The owner is helpful as regards to sightseeing tips, and the guesthouse offers arrangements for boat trips where a tuk-tuk takes you to the pier and back. We were traveling through Thailand and had one of the best times in Ayuttayah thanks to the hospitality at Baan Thai House. The staff is happy to go for the extra mile to attend to your needs and make sure you are comfortable. They recommended a very authentic Thai restaurant visited by the locals, where you can feel the genuinety of your Thai meal. Breakfast is basic, with a highlight of home made jam. Wifi available throughout the resort.
