  The lady at the front desk was helpful. The room was clean. - Phi-Phi island itself is fantastic and with no roads its very easy to navigate your way around so getting to and from the hotel is very easy. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned.

  JJBungalows is away from the frenetic inner PhiPhi, on a quiet road with a lot of other bungalows. The pool was a welcome relief. Room with hot water, frig, safe, great bed. This was a last minute booking and it worked well for us. Wanted to stay on PhiPhi just for a couple days. Some of the staff were very helpful. The convenience store jj also runs was very handy for - The surrondings are very nice with big trees, cats, and a cute pool. The supermarket is right next to the reception desk where you can buy basically all the essentials. It is not far from the north beach where a lot of fire shows and bars are located. Giant bath room and big air conditioner. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed. The stuff helped to bring our luggages to the pier.

  The staff are very friendly. Although they didn't speak that much English, I wasn't expecting them to after all they're Thai not westerners. I ended up leaving my passport under mattress and realised on the boat back to Phuket. Whoot (manager & probably spelt it wrong) was amazing! Boat over to the main beach is very handy as it's quite a steep walk back! (Make sure you take a torch if you plan to walk back at night) Food was lovely and fairly priced. Music is loud at night but seriously not bad enough for anyone to need ear plugs!! If you're going to complain you probably shouldn't go to phi phi!
