If you don't care stars this is a very good one to stay. I have stayed a lot of 3 starts hotel before, this hotel was better then most of them. Nice new building, close to main street and shopping mall, 1.1 km from walking street, you can walk in 10-15 minutes or catch a moto-taxi and go in 1 minute. Very friendly and helpful staff.
We experienced a bed smell is coming out of toiled some times. But all the country smells bad anyway :-)

Had a small problem with choosing water temperature. Bad smell from the toilet once.
Nice location and a nice layout/design of the room.
Very low water pressure making it hard to get a good shower although it was only on the 4 floor. Mix of cold and warm not satisfactory.
Chada Thai house is very central to all shopping and restrantants. Hidden nicely at the end of soi 14 giving it a nice position and very quiet. Wifi was excelent.
Tv reception was a little poor. Plenty of channels to chose from but bad picture.
It was a good place to stay and everyday you know it would be clean and the staff spoke good English so there was no problems
I thing they could of had a swimming pool for the price you paid if you had been walking around all day just to cool off
The pretty receptionist was very helpful and even loan us her handphone to call our local Thai friends. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Location was good. It's at the end of a dead end road and the room is not noisy at night. The bed is very comfortable and we all had a great time with Chada Thai House. Will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Pattaya.

In rooms on first and second floor you will hear less noise from the bars in the neighborhood every thing looks new and works. Lots of electric outlets in the room

I like the furnitures, the ambiance is very Thai.
The bathroom stinks in the 2nd floor. After our complaint, the staff change us to the 6th floor, which the bathroom does not stink.
