To arrive and get a complementary glass of fruit juice just makes the check in experience lovely . The best thing I would say about this hotel is Location,Location,Location. Just brillient. Rooms are lovely big enough for 3 people comfortably. Free wifi in lobby, Breakfast is great. Would definitely stay here again

The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

The facilities are excellent and staff are very helpful as well. - N

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

Beach is amazing! Say in the superior room and get the best views of the beach. Quiet beach with beautiful water and very clean and not busy. Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. PS do not get scared when you drive to the hotel and see tri trang multi colour building! It looks horrible but that's a different building!

Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The gym is very well equipped. -

Good hotel with a great new equipment at the gym. Very nice staff, everyone smiling and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with care. Nice pool and excellent breakfast area with a lot of variety to eat. Highly appreciated that they allowed us to check out in the afternoon for no extra cost. Within walking distance from the action, Patong nightlife etc.

We thought this hotel was excellent value for the amount we paid and the staff were excellent when we required any assistance. We are plus sixties and found the hotel was used for a lot of young tours but we did not find this a problem as all the young people were well behaved and interesting which was very refreshing . Would recommend. Also we found the food and drinks were reasonably priced.

and on the ground floor so I didn't have stairs. We were greeted

The Jang is now like coming back to family. We recently had a family holiday there and the staff were fantastic from looking after us all which was no mean task as we had four family groups two families with young babies. The staff upgraded our daughter with a young baby to the Jang room to help have a more pleasurable stay. Value for money with a great location and staff that are attentive is evident at the Jang. Great Resort with good amenities and very warm and friendly staff. Great pool. Chef prepared special vegetarian breakfast for us as buffet breakfast had maximum non veg dishes. Really appreciate this SERVICE. -

Fantastic Resort and Great Staff. The room very nice, housekeeping set a flower ( beautiful bird) on the bed, nice view and Big Swimming pool, Breakfast is a lot and delicious and moreover, we love the shuttle bus to the Patong beach and shopping mall.
