The Hotel is different to a normal one, with an open reception and seating area. 2 minute walk from all the action, hidden on a side street. Nice and quiet for sleeping, and hanging out by the pool. Suggest upgrading from the standard room. Stayed in room #1, had a spacious room with sitting area and 2 balconies. The bed was so so comfortable, to die for!

We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby.

The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future.

The hotel was rather new and the facilities were among the best I've ever had - definitely on par with other big names out there, at only a quarter of their price. Staff were very attentive, and the restaurant was top quality. Excellent location too, with the beach and the biggest shopping centre within walking distance. -

The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you.
