  Troy is a "Guest House", not a "Hotel". But you get almost the same service and quality as a 5 star hotel. In fact you pay less than most of the other guest houses but you get extremely clean rooms, it gets cleaned throughly every day, you get free bottles of water, in room amenities, kettle, free coffee and tea in the room.
