Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

Foyer and pool areas were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic! Liked that the mat in the elevator told me what day it was! Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for young couples or friends. If we were to bring our daughter next time, we would stay at a quieter location. Patong is very busy. -

The location is perfect in Patong, just a small walk from Bangla road, but also down a side soi so it feels a little removed.

Good location, friendly staff. No internet but very cheap or just go to thé café opposite and have it for free. Clean rooms, quiet, with elevator.small balcony for the smokers Beach just 1 km away. Nightlife around the hotel but the street is very quite. Breakfast /lunch/dinner available at different locations close to the hotel.

Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . The staff were especially helpful, I left my mobile at the hotel and they posted it to me free of charge!! - Secluded and friendly. Great pool. Good setting. Pool side rooms are great. Recommended.
