Room is clean & spacious. The staff clean the room everyday. The hotel provide the beach towel also.
Quiet during night for a good sleep.Just 5 minutes walk to Patong Beach. About 10-15 minutes walk to Bangla Road. Overall good stay. Value for money. -

Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The manager Andrea was the most helpful insuring we had transport from the airport and advising

Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money.
The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

L'emplacement au calme mais qui reste non loin des commerces. A 2 pats de la plage.

Absolutely satisfied with everything, enjoyed every single day of my
stay there! Hotel is perfectly located in a cul-de sac, not more than
100 meters from the beach. Hundreds of eateries all around the place;

A huge thank you to Claudio and his team for making our stay so enjoyable, we intitiallly booked for three nights but ended up staying for six. Room was small but was clean and had everything you needed such as air con and neat bathroom with clean sheets and towels daily. The hotel is at the back of a small side street, literally 100 meters from Patong beach. You can walk to Bangla Rd and all the great places to eat and go out in less than 10 mins so no need for a tuk tuk. Great value for money
