the location of hotel down small street is excellent with adjacent massage place, laundry and restaurants all recommended. short walk to beach down lane (and through peoples properties) which felt very safe even at night. stayed in duplex family room which were large and clean. 1 room did smell a bit musty at first but the smell went after a coupl

Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

The service was excellent and the Staff was extremely friendly and second to none. They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.
