Compact, bien situé au cooeur de Bangkok à proximité des différents moyens de transport, Sky train, taxix, métro - good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.

I review hotels and the service industry for a living, but Lohas weren't to know that. The hotel is well run, the staff are excellent. The rooms are large, clean and well set out, but be careful which room you pick, or, as happened to me, you'll be overlooked by apartment blocks on either side that are so close you'll be unable to open your curtains without people looking in. I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

As this is my sixth stay at this hotel in last two months that should say everything ! Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home. The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.
