Without exception the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the red light district but my wife and I were perfectly at ease coming and going. Convenience to both high-end and low-end shopping. Food-wise, you'll be spoilt for choice. Safety in the hotel is good as only registered guests are allowed into lift lobby. The receptionist will unlock the door for you. Room may be small but with all that you need and the housekeeping is efficient. Breakfast comes in sets, limited, but delicious.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. I booked it because of the location and it was absolutely spot on - Nana BTS escalator is right there as soon as you come out and step onto Sukumvit road. All our travel in Bangkok was made so much easier because of this. There is shopping, massages, Indian restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.

This is my fifth time staying at On 8 over the past 3 years and I find the Management has maintained the conditions well. The hotel is clean and value for money. The location is one of the best as Nana BTS is just at its doorstep. I can travel to other parts of Bangkok easily. I will continue to patronize On 8 if I come to Bangkok as I find the hotel cozy and nice.

The staff were very friendly, the free pickup and drop off to the end of the road saves lots of walking and there is a wide range of dvds to borrow for free in the lobby. Room service is also a reasonable price. - The hotel's site seems to be hacked by some Russian hacker. The site kept switching to a Russian language site automatically.

Hotel is amazing. Room is so comfortable,clean, wifi free and high speed. I love the gym and their swimming pool. Crave restaurant had good selection of wines, staff friendly as well.
