We stayed in Baan Manusarn for 2 nights; the price was good, about 33 euro a night (breakfast included) for a double room, which was very large and clean. Location was awesome. It was a 5 minute walk to an awesome night life. But far enough away where you didn't get the noise. Also the staff was super friendly. They got us a tuk tuk multiple times and negotiated the price. We were never able to get the same price on our own. Also breakfast was included and delicious.

I just spent 3 nights in this hostel, during my first trip to Bangkok. It is an easy 10 min walk to koa san road, and there are some small restaurants just 2 min from the hostel. The staff is really friendly and speaks good English. It is an easy walk to pier 13, where you can take the boat to what pho en the royal palace. There is no night noise to complain about either. very comfortable.
Unlike many other hotels/hostels in the same area, there was air and space - in the outdoor restaurant, the garden and the courtyard for parking.

Great hotel, clean rooms, good, tv, laundry facilities, tourist desk for trips. Love the location of this hotel as it is a 5-10 minute walk from the khaosan road so you have can have all the craziness but with somewhere you can go back and have some peace and calm. Theres a great cafe a 3 minute walk from here called Chomp that has amazing food and homemade bread and amazing service.
