  We chose this hotel for our two-night stay in Bangkok based on a combination of location, price and previous reviews; we were not disappointed. It sits in a back street away from the noise and commotion of the main roads and so is pretty quiet and allowed us some much-needed rest after our long journey. The staff are lovely: - very good location, close to Khao San Road, and walking distance to the Grand Palace. We booked a two-bedroom room,which was really nice and spacy, clean, lovely facilities and well furnished. We stayed here for two days, and met 3 staffs here, all of them were nice, smiley and helpful. The breakfast here was even better, fresh fruits, coffee/tea, bread with butter or Jam, fired eggs with bacon, everything. just wonderful. The room is spacious and comfortable for a one-night stay. Wi- fi signal is available in the room and free of charge.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk.   We particularly appreciated - at the end of our stay, ready to fly back to the uk, with bulging suitcases - that you had heavy-duty and very accurate weighing scales that you brought up to our room, free of charge, so we could make sure that no one case was over the limit! The location was pretty convenient as well and having a shuttle to take us to the nearest BTS stop was definitely a plus.

  beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.
