Good breakfast with enough variety.   Staff at reception up graded be cause I compliend about them not sending transport for airport pick.up which I Had requested on my booking and Had asked for confirmation from them in two mails. Communication was not easy sa most of the staffs English was not good. We Had to ha e breakfast at 6 am as soon as it opened as we Had to go to catch a bus so most of the food was not out or ar - Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

  The bed was the hardest yet on my 3 month trip in S.E.Asia, but we solved it by putting a the mattress from an extra-bed on top. It was very comfortable. Unlike many other hotels/hostels in the same area, there was air and space - in the outdoor restaurant, the garden and the courtyard for parking. There was a washing machine! Very good. Restaurants and conveniance stores nearby. - Great hotel, clean rooms, good, tv, laundry facilities, tourist desk for trips. Love the location of this hotel as it is a 5-10 minute walk from the khaosan road so you have can have all the craziness but with somewhere you can go back and have some peace and calm. Theres a great cafe a 3 minute walk from here called Chomp that has amazing food and homemade bread and amazing service.

  Good walking distance to the ' great palace and others. Only 3-4 minuts walking to the pier where you can take the boat into the city for only 15 baht p.p. On the last pier station (Taksin Station) you can walk easily to the skybar or take the skytrain to siamcenter etc. The room was clean and had everything for a good 2-4 day citytrip.   Great little place. Good value for money. The owner is really nice and helpful answering questions and making sure you have a great stay. Will absolutely come here again!
