As this is my sixth stay at this hotel in last two months that should say everything ! Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home. Very good 4* hotel. Excellent location - just 5-7 minutes walk from BTS Skytrain or MRT Underground, also no problem to find a taxi or tuk-tuk near the hotel. Large very well equipped rooms with excellent view from the window and the balcony. Big supermarket and free parking located in a bulding next to the hotel.

Hotel has a nice location,very close to Terminal 21, Asoke skytrain station is just 5 mts walk, we arrived late and were immediately checked in and were given free upgrade to a two bedroom suite on the 29th floor, lounge and bedrooms had huge floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of Bangkok skyline, hotel is adjacent to a 24 hours open foodland which is a big plus for families travelling with children, overall very nice hotel with excellent location and the staff

Beautiful clean new facility with a very comfortable bed, beautiful shower and bathroom. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer.
Big tv with many channels in thai and english.
This is where I will stay everytime I stay in Bangkok, even if it is only overnight.

Very god value for money. We had a suite with kitchenette, dining,
lounge bedroom all with view over the very pleasant ground floor
outdoor pool. Gym was small but well equipped. Breakfast were very good

This hotel was really nice, when we first arrived we were transferred to a hotel down the road then returned here the following morning and were up graded to a nicer room. The staff were friendly, the pool was great and the room had everything we needed plus more and was very comfortable. The free tuk tuk service to the main road was great for hotter days. We would happily stay here again.

We loved staying at this hotel. It is down a street with loads of massage parlors, popular street food stalls and a couple of bars.
The hotel is quite modern, and the staff were helpful. There is a bar and swimming pool on the top floor, which remain open until 11pm - great for a night swim right in the middle of the city.

Upon arrival I was upgraded to an executive room courtesy of the
management. I arrived quite late and was hungry and there was no where
open to grab something to eat, and one of the 'bellboy's'
took me to a convenient store a few blocks away in the hotels tuk-tuk.
Now That's a service :) Hotel is in an excellent location, minutes
walk from Asok station. If I were to return to Bangkok, there is no
hesitation that I would return to Park Plaza Soi 18. Although situated

The reception and lounge area is very welcoming with very efficient staff.The bedroom was very good with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The main dining area is very nice with plenty staff .We would recommend this hotel and hope to stay again on another visit. Nice change from the larger hotels. -

the deluxe suite was spacious and comfortable, staff very pleasant, location was central. the bar downstairs was excellent even though it was on the main road it felt like an oasis away from the noise of the road and had a very nice ambience and was a good meeting point for friends. -

My third time staying there. Superconvenient location, nice prices and
clean compact rooms — just as I like it. Recommended for solo travellers

the location is very nearly with BTS,and Terminal 21 is just beside the BTS so you just need 10 min to BTS(Asok).and 15min to BTS(nana).at least,the MRT also just spend 10 min.this hotel is very easy for you to any location in Bangkok.

I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a little away from most of the shopping malls and night market, but still conveniently located within walking distance to the mrt and bts line.
