  The very large deluxe room.. Fresh & new. Wonderfully long swimming pool.. Literally on the beach... The entrance is stunningly beautiful. A very kind phillipino receptionist...so efficient! Everything on your door step once you exit the property. - The hotel garden, pools and beach are beautiful!!!   If you have a dream of living (albeit temporarily) on a hillside surrounded by tropical jungle, with a stunning view, from your veranda, of the ocean below, then this is the place for you. The view was breathtaking from our villa called the ''topmost''. Lots of stairs to climb in order to reach it but the view makes it all worth while. Plus the staff helps you with the luggage. Very nice staff. Very easy to interract the owner by email ( in order to clarify any questions). Clean rooms, quiet surroundings. Very nice infinity pool with an amazing view. ( just like in the pics on letsbookhotel.com) Close to the beach ( 15 min walk).

  Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size and clean. Back to nature - saw a snake and scorpion from our terrace! Had a pool towel which they allowed you to bring to the beach (would be changed once). Motorbike for a small engine only 200 baht a day which is a very good price renting it on hotel-site. Would definitely stay here again :) - Staff were amazing the two girls at reception extremely friendly and helpful. 2 cleaners were lovely and smiley. Owner was also very friendly and welcoming. Lovely rooms very clean and perfect location. 1 mins walk from beach. Swimming pool was great and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place

  The resort is about 2 mins drive from the centre of lamai and the owners Dave and Paul happily drive all the guests to and from town. Nou and El are both superb and extremely helpful. The rooms are well furnished and very clean. - Very clean and comfortable, really nice personal service. great pool and bathing area.

  What a lovely boutique hotel. Over and above that the rates are really affordable, the hotel itself, breakfasts given, size of room and location to beach were all wonderfull. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this small hotel to any traveller who needs to relax and not worried about a "resort" atmosphere.   Very good location (close to the beach and the main lamai attractions). Very friendly, cheerful and helpful staff that booked a lot of trips for us. The hotel is also very clean, cozy and calm with fast wi-fi, free unlimited coffee/tea supply. No private beach but with quiet and pleasant rocks to stay for a sunrise or diving. The room was beyond our expectation and with 270 degrees seaview, even in the bathtub.
