The staffs are so friendly and helpful.The location is perfect for relaxing,very peaceful and easily reach to walking street if you need to buy something extra.

The thai massage hut that block the excellent view of the beach from the seafront room.

All staff were very friendly and happy to help. The owner was brilliant and made sure we had a perfect stay. Right on the beach and not far from walking street. Food was excellent. Couldn't fault this hotel

Beautiful beach quite close to the row of bungalows. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were friendly.

They insisted in keeping the water for tea and coffee at 80, which makes a poor cup of tea.

The room is almost empty - not enough hanger for towels and swimming suits A friend of mine complained a lot about their mattress - so hard!! Breakfast is very simple and just acceptable rate A bit far from sunrise beach where it is the most beautiful seaside in Lipe

Location, middle of Pattaya Bech.

Awful bungalow No 1. For this price of 3.250 Bath we got a bungalow with mouldy bathroom, old and crapy. They had left an old bottle with shampoo in the bathroom with mold on. Not good cleaning. We had to ask to change bungalow to another, that was a little bit better, but still not good. They are building new rooms, so it seems like they are trying to get the most value out of the old ones. If this was my honeymoon trip, I would have cried.

the price is expensive . the room same like budget hotel. no same like 3 star hotel, same like malay motel!

Price got in way of me liking much...

This is a backpackers luxury for a 5 star price. Room, grounds, breakfast, etc did not reflect the over $200 us pricetag. Plus they charged 5% to use visa where many resorts don't. I booked this place accidentally and regretted it immensely.
