We stayed in a beach front bungalow, the two front ones are by far the best. We had ppl asking us when we were leaving so they could try to upgrade to our room. Abu from hotel came to pick us at the pier, like we arranged by e-mail. Very useful, we paid 100B each and didn't need to deal with local taxi (usually 150B/person when you get out of boat, they are everywhere and very annoying).
Hotel is very nice, clean and modern. Large room, with AC, hot shower and balcony. Everything looks almost new, big bed, large wardrobe, very nice for that price.
There is good and cheap local restaurant on the left when you get out of hotel, about 100m away. Look for

Pada hotel is down as a three star, but the service was worthy of 5! I could not believe how little we paid for this service. Shadi the owner and his staff made our stay so comfortable and it was a pleasure to stay at such a well ran hotel. We arrived at Pada Hotel and were shocked at the amazing customer service! For the low price we paid, we had 5 star service :) we arrived and were greeted with cold tea and cold towels to cool down. Check in was easy and straight forward.
We stayed in a bungalow with fan and it was fab! Lovely big bathroom, hot shower, VERY comfy bed, clean towels everyday. They also supply beach/pool towels and they do laundry for a cheap price. Food is awesome! Try the coconut milk soup...its to die for!
