We had a two day stay at the Tropical Garden. I inquired if we could have an early check in and immediately got responses back from K. Nat that it was no problem.
All in all a nice stay for a reasonable money.

1. Excellent location, right on the beach, lots of restaurants close to
the hotel. FantaSea show is only 5 minutes walk away.
2. Excellent and very (!!!) helpful receptionist even though available only until 7pm. (helped us with the change of the tickets, taxi e t.c.) Very good English, too.

Right on the beach. Quiet, family friendly beach with excellent food and
good swimming. Very nice hotel with large, clean and well-equiped room,
extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff (including free dvd rental)
and great pool. Very easy to find food to cook (E.G. 7-11 is a short
walk along the beach). 5 minutes walk to Phuket FantaSea :-)

We like it very friendly there. Nice condo it was more then we though it would be meaning there was more to the condo then we though. We had a roof top for sun bathing but it rain most the time we were there. -

This is a newly opened hotel, me and my partner were actually the first ones who lived at this place! It was really fresh, nice rooms and super friendly staff who gave very good service! They even helped us arrange transportation to Khao Lak. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, there is a 7-eleven just 1-2 minutes from the hotel. And

Rooms are very comfortable, clean and big. You have everything you need if you walk less than 3 min. The restaurant popeyes next door has great meals at great prices. The staff in this hotel is sooo kind, they will help you with anything you need (rent motorbike, transfert service, book excursions) always with a smile on their face. The beach is just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We spent 6 fantastic days there.

We are a young couple and came there with a baby boy and parents. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating in every way.
The rooms are spotless clean.
The best part of the hotel was the pool/jacuzzi which we really enjoyed.
The morning breakfast is a good deal as well.
The manager Laila was very polite and was always there to help us

The staff were very helpful,the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and there were restaurants and shops close at hand. The air conditioning didn't work properly in our room and the staff provided us with a fan until they could arrange for someone to try to fix the air con. when it couldn't be fixed they moved us to a different room. Overall it was great value for money and we were very happy.

Nice centrally located hotel, walk to beach. Day trips easily organised through tourist services. Comfortable room, balcony has extra washbasin and rack for laundry. The location of the hotel is perfect, on the beachfront and close to shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable,clean and enjoyed the view from the balcony. This was the most important feature of the hotel when the booking was made and the view was excellent indeed. Couldn't ask for better! The personnel did everything to assist and gave us lots of personal attention. Really enjoyed the breakfasts outside.Good value for money when travelling on a budget.
