Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can
go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has
stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants. You can find a few restaurants too along Sukhumvit 55. The hotel also provides a Tuk-Tuk service to the nearby BTS station Thonglor. The hotel is known with taxi drivers so that

Room and facilities were modern and great. Excellent quality overall. Great gym, nice big rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Bathrobes and laundry was over the top nice. Felt very much like home. Great views from balcony and fantastic location on Thong Lo. I look forward to staying here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful clean new facility with a very comfortable bed, beautiful shower and bathroom. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer.
Big tv with many channels in thai and english.
This is where I will stay everytime I stay in Bangkok, even if it is only overnight.

Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

we chose a two-bedroom apartment for my family and it was so worth it
- complete equipment for living there, ovens, washers and everything. feel convenient just like your home

I stay in this hotel almostevery time I have to be in Bangkok. The few
times I went to another hotel never matched mt stay in Citadines 23. I
really like the "serviced apartments" concept. I hardly ever

Pool on roof great, room and facilities quite good. Very clean and
fully eqpted kitchen. I am back here today for the second time after
a visit to Cambodia, they were happy to store my luggage. All in all

We liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help us and answer all our questions. We had a problem with the bathroom plumbing which they fixed right away.
The rooms are bright and spacious with lots of storage space. The location was pretty convenient as well and having a shuttle to take us to the nearest BTS stop was definitely a plus.

Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Location was also very convenient.

Excellent location. Only 7 minutes walk to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 mall. Decent cafe next door and a supermarket which is just 2 mins walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped for basic cooking.

Great place for a Bangkok stopover. Spacious, well appointed rooms and bathroom. Excellent facilities including a pool. Very good breakfasts with variety. Well located next to markets and malls. Sky train direct to international airport almost outside the door. Plenty of eateries nearby. Helpful staff. Easy to get to sights. Love the place. -

Its location suites us for walking and shopping, I love the omelettes which used to be cooked by a gentleman by the name of Mannit who I believe has passed away. HE WAS AN EXAMPLE OF THE EXCELLENT STAFF THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR EMPLOY.

The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies.

I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish
equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another
building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the
street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The
breakfast is good for the price.
