  The bellmen - "Patrick" & Naphat were sensational and extremely personable. I can't say enough about them as they truly went above and beyond. They were sincerely concerned about us and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. They both were SO sweet! The hotel was fabulous. Very clean with spacious rooms. Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home.
