Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. -
We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

we chose a two-bedroom apartment for my family and it was so worth it
- complete equipment for living there, ovens, washers and everything. feel convenient just like your home

we stayed in deluxe suite and it was worth the money. The ambiance of hotel and suite was very good and suite was well equipped and quite spacious. health and fitness center as well as jacuzzi and pool on the roof top was quite nice. -

wonderful for bigger groups who requires 2 bedrooms in an apartment.
The staff are friendly and make extra effort to bend backwards to meet our requests which is appealing. If you are there for a leisurely quiet time with your family, then this hotel is for you where you can relax

I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Silom Road is only 15 minutes walk away. beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe).

We had a studio, and it was really nice. More like a small apartment than a hotel room. Nice design, and big comfy bed, nice living room area and a kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free tuk-tuk service to Nana BTS was a nice touch as it was a bit of a walk away. -

Location, the room was great, nicely decorated and well equipped with good view. Water and complimentary bathroom items were very useful. Staff polite and upon checkin offered popcorn, cookies and drink, which was very nice after a long journey. There was also a tuk tuk for short distances free of charge -
