Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true.
It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.

Rooms are fantastic, good bathrooms, the private pool is great. Liked
the small gifts left by the room service. Breakfast is good, 360 bar
offers very nice view. Staff is very friendly and gets out of their way
to arrange everything you wish for. Great hotel for couples.

- Rooms are huge! They converted a huge day-bed into a double bed for my 2 kids. Perfect for a family of 4 staying in the room!

A fantastic hotel - luxurious and laid back at the same time - in beautiful setting on a long sweeping beech with warm ocean swims. Whilst we were there we checked out the other hotels in the Luguna area and we felt this was by far the best one. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The villa provide airport transfer service, very comfortable VAN car. Beautiful house with private swimming pool which is the kid's favor. Susie is the hotel manager who gave us much help, we spent a happy family holiday here. BTW, the hotel gave me a cell phone for temporary using, it’s helpful for us to book taxi and contact local service. 10 minutes to supermarket by walk, 15~20 minutes to Bangtao beach, there is a bike rent shop beside the villa’s gate. 1. Very clean with nice facilities (shower, etc. were pretty new and well-appointed).
2. Staff very friendly- able to set us up with drivers and tours as needed. Manager even bought us Thai dessert from a local motorbike salesman when we were at breakfast, wanting to share some local fare!

5. Short walk to Bangtao beach (less than 5 mins) and many restaurants, massage parlors, convenience store. Fish spa also nearby!

We were able to relax amid the tranquil atmosphere of the beautifully landscaped garden and pools. It is only a short walk to the beach and along the way we found the best traditional massage and most delicious Thai menu in all of Bang Tao area. The hospitality of Manee and her friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable. The golden sand beach of Bang Tao offers a nightlife at the many star resorts that are far enough away not to disturb the serenity of Pai Tan Villas.

Second time we go there and we found most of our friends back. A place to relax completely away from hectic things but in a very close distance to a big offer of places to visit and things to do. Staff and owners are super great hosts and we didn't regret for a second coming back to this place. -

really good. The transportation within the resort and the laguna area is
free whether by shuttle, buggy or bicycle. The landscape of the resort
and the surrounding area is wonderful. The In-villa dining was good. The

All of my pre-arrival questions and request were quickly and consideratly answered. The entire staff was extremely obliging to address any of our needs whenever we had a inquiry. The kindness and sincerity of the entire staff made our stay there very relaxing and rewarding. I will plan to stay again at the hotel on my next visit to Phuket. -

Navette gratuite pour la plage avec matelas compris dans le prix.
Sur la plage plusieurs restaurants au bord de l'eau - Le personnnel est très aimable et très accueillant. La résidence était particulièrement confortable et soignée. Une adresse à recommander.
