  We were collected from the ferry port (make sure you email them before and ask for this) and driven straight to the villa where we were greeted by Winnie who was incredibly friendly and helpful.   We really enjoy our time in tanote villa. Its a great olace!!! The staff in the frontdesk were so kindly! Its far from downtown but you have 2daily free transfers from the hotel, at 8.30 am and 1.30pm, so good to take them if u want to visit the center of ko tao.   Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The hotel is not on a beach per se, but you can walk there in like 5 minutes. As it's located in the heart of Sairee it is within walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants. Very impressed with our masseuses - The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!

It was the perfect getaway for our one night stay as it was far enough from the tourist attractions.   The area with the restaurant and the swimming pool, right on the sea, was simply amazing !! You must see the sunset from there! Our room was also very nice with an amazing sea view. The staff was always smiling (and that's not so common in Koh Tao.....). We didn't like so much the atmosphere in the island but this resort was absolutely perfect!   Had an absolutely great. Chin was brilliant. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The breakfast was simple, but had everything you need to start the day. Just arrived from a high-end hotel in Bangkok who had a breakfast most resorts would have difficulties competing with, but I must say they did an excellent job considering being on an island with l... ce que les gens disent » imited resources. I will definitely be back and can only recommend this place. The pool/pool bar was a nice place to hang out. The resort organized - Everything, specially the helpfull staff of the hotel. There is a guy from Birmania working in the reception, that he's an excelent person. He helped us a lot with everything!
