Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. Food was outstanding! Housekeeping staff were tremendous and sorry we were in such a hurry, we didnt leave them a decent tip. - Wonderful staff and overall hotel

The villa provide airport transfer service, very comfortable VAN car. Beautiful house with private swimming pool which is the kid's favor. Susie is the hotel manager who gave us much help, we spent a happy family holiday here. BTW, the hotel gave me a cell phone for temporary using, it’s helpful for us to book taxi and contact local service. 10 minutes to supermarket by walk, 15~20 minutes to Bangtao beach, there is a bike rent shop beside the villa’s gate. The staff was very friendly and very attentive...they made us feel pampered. The room was very nice & clean with a stunning direct view of the ocean. Hotel is medium size that it's quite intimate yet have enough space for different activities. The restaurant, lounge, and beach club are on a very nice location with gorgeous unobstructed view!

There is a wonderful sea view. The environment is pretty well. The
atmosphere is romantic and relax. We enjoyed to stay hotel. The
staffs are very friendly, they were generous in giving help us when
we need them. -
Hotel is new with the amazing view from the hill to the Kamala beach. It's surrounded by jungles, but mosquitos do not bother at all.

The hotel is well located on a small island off Phuket main. The staff is very friendly and helpful (special thank to Joy who helped us for a special request). The facilities are great, both for adults (private swimming pool) and for children (slides). The food is very good, both at the italian/western restaurant and at the Thai restaurant.
