The Family atmosphere, we felt us so spoiled!!! All the lovely things to look at, both in and outside the house .Comfortable beds, in lovely designed rooms and the relaxing time in the bath-tub, with lots of candels. Very clean, tidy and organized. Not to forget while leaving very early, we got a picnic for the 10 hours drive... -

Staff very friendly, well equipped room, free wifi, parking, decent breakfast for the money - better than any 2 even 3* hotels in the area of Zürich. Modern and comfortable rooms, all appearing to have been recently refurbished. The beds were very comfortable, especially the thick, soft, duvet and pillows.Wired internet connection available in the room, and good WiFi service too. Breakfast is a self service affair, but plenty is available. Guests have access to a kitchen, including use of a fridge and kettle. Ten minutes brisk walk from Turbenthal train station.

shopping, and to Zurich hbf and Landesmuseum. Yet, for this location
rather quiet. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Although a city

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.

The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

The Apartment was very nicely maintained, very comfortable 03 Tram station (Tram 11 & 14) from the Main Zurich station. Very Nice connectivity and Good Homely environment. -
The roo was spotless, check-in and chec-out fast. The frondesk staff kindly arranged a early check in for us. Everything was just perfect
