  A modern, clean hotel which is meticulously run by very helpful staff. Graechen is not a usual destination for Brits but we found everyone very poite,welcoming and speaking better english than our German by a mile.   A very nice hotel with well furnished comfortable rooms and specious bathrooms. My room (for 2 nights i.e, 12th - 14th Nov.) had a balcony providing spectacular view of Matterhorn. All the staff members were very friendly, polite and helpful. The location is also quite perfect as one can reach everywhere within 5-10 minutes by foot.   Cervo is a perfect example of modern uncomplicated class. It is a mixture of elegance, design and simplicity that reflects in every aspect, from the kindness of the personnel to the furniture. Everything clearly shows that behind Cervo there is a well thought concept, which is shared among every single person working there. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.
