  Zermatt was the first place we visited in Switzerland and it was the best experience we had in Swiss. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the station and we were very tired as we were travelled to Zermatt from Paris and also we had lot of luggage to carry from Station to hotel.   This hotelis run by a nice family, who can speak english. The city is small, so it will take maxumum 10 min to get anywhere. The have some parking spaces for 5chf per night. The rooms are clean, spacious and quite in the night. Breakfast and wifi ars included in the room price. Very good option for a short stay.

  The staff at this small hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. Even though we arrived late (after 7pm), they arranged to have the cook come back to the restaurant so that our family could eat dinner, which was so kind of them, as there really weren't a lot of other options nearby for us to eat and we have four small children who were all ... ce que les gens disent » starving.
