  I like having a "place of my own," where I felt like I was coming home in the evening and not to a hotel. Having a little kitchen, immediately makes you more "local" as you shop for groceries. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed.
