A couple of days before arrival I contacted the hotel by email for information, which I received by return email. On check-in date, I arrived early, 9h00 am, but was checked-in immediately. The closeness to the railwaystation and the old town is nr 1. Rooms ok
but decoration a bit worn. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast (at extra
cost) quite adequate. Nice and comfy Weinstube on the ground floor
(closed on Sundays) with typical food.

The staff was very friendly and nice, even though there was a small mix
up regarding whether we were staying in Lucerne or Zurich. When we
arrived, they came quickly to meet us at the apartment. The person who
let us into the apartment carried our luggage up three flights and spent

This was a great apartment for a visit to Zurich with friends. The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk away to main train station and the Bahnhofstrasse, and is located in the middle of the Niederdorf area. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key. Liked the elegant restaurant area and the reception. Soft classical music, comfortable chairs and free tea and coffee on request. Also found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room is small about 20 m2 with WC-bathroom (if we don't count
the terrace) but it has good facilities : iron, ironing table, oven,
microwave oven, dishwasher, dining table,cooking utensils (pot, pan,
boiling dish, spoon, fork, knife, spatula, ...), dishes, four mugs,
wardrobe. Location is good and near city center (and main railway

Cozy and clean apartments. Very simple check-in procedure. Apartments
are equipped with everythig you need. Exellent location. Only two tram
stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof, stop for tram #10 which goes to airport
is in ten meters from building, supermarket coop is opposite building, a
lot of cafes and restaurants around, only 10 minutes walking to the old
city and Zurich lake.
