when asked. Business card of the hotel a good idea. Can be used to ask
questions and show to drivers to get home. Wifi worked perfectly.

We were put in the Best Western part of the facility because the Flexihome was full. It turned out to be lucky for us since we were told the Flexihome Apts. are very small and not nearly as nice as the Best Western right in front of it. The restaurant was also very nice but a bit expensive.

THE STAFF - They were all very courteous and competent. The room was simple and clean, with a typical tiny bathroom squeezed into it for modern times. very close to main train station,almost across the road..mins walk to main city and tourist area of zurich..I wasn't expecting much as being in guest house rather than there hotel part,but was quite comfortable and good bathroom and good water pressure..zurich is very expensive so this guest house is quite good for money...

Apartment was clean, had everything we needed, but the floors were creaking. I read other reviews about area but we didn't hear any noise around at night like others say. It was an easy walk to the train station & close to the main shopping area as well as old town. -

Room was quite big, and had a nice wardrobe, a fridge, a table and a little sofa.
Location was OK, close to the station. Not very convenient if carrying heavy baggage (15 mins walk from Zurich HB).
