  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern.   La chambre 701 est tres bien située, vue ,spacieuse,quiet, clean - Design de l'hôtel vraiment excellent. Bien situé, à 2 min. du centre ville, beaucoup d'infrastructures à utiliser (Welness, Casino, Brunch le Dimanche....) enfin vraiment rien à dire, superbe.
