  Location, comfort, value and cleanliness were all great! (except the basement - but that was OK since it did have a washing machine). Nice patio, nice balcony. Beds were adequate. I never met any staff, but both Lisa and Rickard were very prompt and responded quickly to our questions. - The location was fantastic.
