Stayed for 1 night on our way back to Stockholm. Kiruna is not much but in winter there's plenty to do. I like the environment. Although i have missed all my breakfast since the SJ train schedule has always been the easliest 6:15am to 6:30am for train to Bjorkliden and Narvik. The staffs are helpeful and i like the living space of the room, it is spacious and it gives comfortableness when staying there. I like to stay there again in future.

Direct access to Abisko NP, just go up the path behind the lodge and after 10 minutes you are in the middle of nature.
Tip for an easy sight seeing day: take the chairlift up the mountain (2km further) and walk the river canyon afterwards.

Loved the spa and sauna area. Sadly didn't bring a bathing suit do no chance to use the pool and jacuzzi but they also looked great. Room was nice and the coffee making facilities very practical. -
