  Would have been 5 stars if not for the age of the hotel itself. Huge bed (king sized) and a semi 'walk in wardrobe'. Distance is a good15- 30 min walk away depending on walking speed. Not in the historic city centre, but so are the other 4 or 5 star hotels in Valencia ( this is in fact closest to both the train stations and the city centre compara... ce que les gens disent » tively). About 5 to 6 euros by cab to city centre, train stations and the city of art and science. Distance is good enough not to be awaken by the fal - We had been travelling in Spain and Portugal for three weeks in a number of locations. This was most our most luxurious stay to date. We had a King room which was ginormous with excellent facilities. We were travelling by car, so did not want to stay in the centre of Valencia, which was only a 15 minutes walk away. Our check-in and out were handled quickly and efficiently. Buffet breakfast was included in what we considered to be a budget rate. We would recommend this hotel.

  The staff were extremely friendly from the start and provided useful advice on the city and nearby transport links. The apartment was very well kitted out,(washing machine, dishwasher etc) the air conditioning was particularly welcomed due to the summer temperatures. Convenient with a supermarket and a playground nearby, our 4 y.o. really appreciated this. Very nice host and a great stay in general. Apartment we had was well equipped and clean.

  I stayed in with my two children a 19 and a 9 years old, we have been given a family room which was big and spacious. The internet is good and the lighting wasn't bad at all. The location was ideal it gave me the chance to find a flat near by which is pretty central and close to buses and metros.
