Personnel sympathique, serviable et bon restaurant. - The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The building and decor were very attractive. First hotel workers, very nice informacion about the city and fenomenal personal treat; rooms excelent, our was in the last floor,(3th) silence, comfortable, clean, great decoration etc...definitely make us feel like at home. we will come back.
