Ce que les gens disent
The room was lovely in style, with individual artwork for each room. The room and ensuite bathroom were a good size. It was lovely to hear the sea. The hotel is close to the beach. The staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is light but tasty and good quality.
I loved that it was so close to the beach, I could walk into town easily and retuned to relax on the beach as the sun went down . The staff were so friendly and helpful especially as I was travelling alone and had never been to San Sebastián before.tous commentaires »
Great location, with stunning sea views from the main doube room. Attractive, original furnishings with a large spacious bedroom made it more than just the normal hotel room. Just opposite the beach.
The room were very clean, staff was friendly and the location was
great!!! Next to the seaside and I could see the beach from my window!!!
Very big and comfortable rooms!!! I loved it!.
Nice big rooms. Air con was particularly welcome. Beautiful interior and well kept and clean. It's in a quiet part but easy bus access to the old town.
I liked the building ,was very different ,also it was located in a nice area. A bit far out for the town centre . Staff ,friendly, & efficient .
The room we had was very nicely furnished in older Spanish style but
comfy and with spectacular view of Ondaretta beach and the bay.
Quaint and charming. Great location across from beach with a great view. Recommend and would stay there again.
The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet location and very close to the sea.
old fashioned style based on past history of a family mansion
friendliness.
The position near to the beach. The decor. The bathroom.
Very central to beaches and a good walk to the od city.
Location was lovely staff very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful location, just over a small street from the beach, and 15-20 minute easy walk to the historical centre.
Location was good but quite a long way from the old quarter. easy to hop over to the beach,.
it is antique-style hotel. nice for antique fan. near ocean beach, good public transport.
The location is great and the view from the room wonderful. Has quirky
character.
Beautiful sunny bathroom
Close to beach.
Location and friendliness of staff.
Peaceful location.
Good location.
The staff are very close.
I would like to be able to make a cup of tea outside the cafe open hours.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like, other than leaving so soon, could have stayed longer.
Problems with parking, and the closest beach is a bit stoney.
The breakfast because it was not as a buffet, you have to wait the staff
to serve you. They tried to charge me for the breakfast even thou I paid
it already.
The breakfast was very expensive €7.10 for coffee , Orange juice,& two pieces of toast . Come on I am an executive chef . I know the mark up for breakfast . But that is taking it to far. Also no tea or coffee in the room ?.
However we did not expect to be given a ticket for breakfast which
stated we were only to have orange juice (although it was freshly
sqeezed), either one piece of toast or a croissant and tea or coffee.
Although it was sufficient and tasted ok ( what could go wrong?) for a
hotel of this price and calibre I would expect at least to have a choice
of breakfast items. Would recommend only if this changed.
There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room and cafe was opened only at certain times.
poor internet connection
lack of a full time cafeteria.
The picture in the bedroom.
NOISE - Wooden floors meant I was woken up with people in shoes in the room above very noisey and flushing toilets in the night the rooms were not well protected from other rooms noise.
We could easily hear people in the adjacent room. It seemed as though our headboards were against the wall in the same space. The ceiling fan in our room did not work, and still wasn't fixed after it was pointed out.
Beds were quite hard and...no tea available at breakfast. That being the case we had to have breakfast somewhere else.
-noise of the toilets and bathrooms every time when neighbors use this place.
- in the cafe only coffee and two tipe of sandwiches, one variant of yoghurt.
there is not possible to have a hot food on breakfast. no eggs. no omelette, ets.
The beds were too soft. Mattresses tired. Left us with backache.
No English channels on TV
No beachtowels for guests
Unfriendly staff.
Poor facilities.
Old building.Very noisy and poorly insulated.
Morning staff were grumpy at best: more likely rude
The lady on the reception desk
Needs training in customer relations.
Noisy, paper thin walls and floors. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
The room was small. No hair conditioner and you have to keep asking for small amounts of soap.
No coffee or tea or anything to eat after 1000am.
You can hear the conversation of other rooms.
