Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. The atmosphere is incredible, I felt to be in my home. The staff was so friendly and ready to answer to your needs. Relaxing ambient, beautifull garden, good rooms and big kitchen....on of the best hostel I visited -

The apartment was excellent and great value for money. It felt secure and there is a supermarket very close by. Wonderful view of the sea and fantastic sunsets. Room 204 very quiet as no-one above or below you.
Good walk to a lovely beach, you get used to walking back up the hill or a taxi only costs 4 euro.

The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean.
Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given.
Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars.
It also said in reviews that there are cockroaches.

Complex was amazing. Beautifully laid out, small and personal, very quiet. Lovely big apartment overlooking the wonderful lagoon pool. Exactly as it looks in the photographs. Location was great with everything on your doorstep. The people in Tenerife were all so friendly. Highly recommend.

book or surf on internet. I had a room with 3 floors (tv and kitchen
/ bedroom and bathroom/ solarium) it was clean. The sea is close
and you can go to a family beach or surf spot. The swimming pool is
