  Lovely comfortable newly refurbished flat (very comfy bed) overlooking the Plaza and a stone's throw from the beach and cafes and restaurants. Lots of proper shops, cash point etc not just souvenirs. Taxi rank at top of hill. Cinthia who looked after us was brilliant even though she didn't speak English.

  Staff very helpful, i am in the city alone as my husband in the local hospital and they were really great. I booked and extra night as was unsure if the hospital could find me a room. They found me somewhere at 4 in the afternoon and the hotel let me cancel the extra night with no charge. The hotel is well situated re -local transport, to access the impressive mountain/coastal areas of Tenerife. The buses are punctual and excellent value for money. The port is interesting, with visiting cruise liners and ferry boats.

The accommodation was clean with plenty of space and a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. Big thanks to the girl in charge (sorry can't remember her name) and Javier who stood in for her. My boy loved it even though he was only one of 2 kids t - Contrary to other previous reviews we both felt this hotel offered excellent value for money, the pool was massive and overlooked the sea. The apartment was a good size and exceptionally clean. The staff were all very polite, friendly and courteous. We were attracted to the short 20 minute taxi journey from the airport as we were only on a short 5 night break. Yes the hotel looks a bit outdated from the outside but we wree very happy and would probably book there again in the future for a short
