  Everything was first class. Pedro, the owner, was one of the warmest, most helpful hotel owners I have ever come across. And his staff were equally as efficient and hospitable. The hotel is crazily good value. The room and location were perfect, and the amount of trouble the staff went to in giving me a beautiful breakfast was very impressive.   The owner (or manager) of the hotel is one of the kindest person I have ever met! He was extremely helpful and flexible! The hotel is really close to the center of Ciutadella and to the sea as well, but for the nearest beach you need to walk some minutes (which is really few in Menorca!). The location was quiet and friendly as well! Really nice ch... ce que les gens disent » oice for this price! - Very friendly staff. Good location, only 10-15 mins walk from the town centre. Clean room, everyday cleaning service. Check-out at 12 noon, and not early in the morning like other hotels. Comfortable bed, big bathroom,quiet location. Very easy parking around! Didn't have breakfast so we cannot comment. Last but definetely not least: great value for money!

  if you are a budget traveller, I highly recommend this place in Minorca. Perfect position, close to Ciutadella city centre, very close to a cheap supermarket and a self service laundry, and on the way to the most beautiful "cale" of the Island. Rooms are maybe a bit small but clean. Beds are comfortable. Simple clean furniture, the wardrobe smelt ... ce que les gens disent » good. We had our own private bathroom. Rooms are cleaned every day. If you have a car, the parking is right in front of the Hostal.The owner, Inés, is - The staff were just so super lovely.. You walk in and are greeted with such a warm smile. They were more than happy to give directions, suggest places to go.. In fact the woman at the front desk spent so much time helping us with maps that we felt like we had a personal assistant! The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was comfy.. The shared bathroom was clean also. No complaints!
