  Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry - Everything (rooms, services, restaurants, staff, spa)

  Lovely gardens & pool with comfortable garden/pool furniture. Nice atmosphere especially in the evenings with candle-light around gardens and patios. Pleasant to sit around communal table with other guests for breakfast. Excellent location near the centre of Soller.
